By placing an order with Polar Peptides, the purchaser:

Affirms that they are a qualified practitioner, academic, laboratory technologist, industrial technician or otherwise authorized professional; that the products will be used only for lawful research or laboratory purposes; and that the purchaser will not use or permit these products to be used as health products in humans or animals.

Accepts full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, application, and legal compliance of all purchased materials once delivered. Polar Peptides accepts no liability for improper handling, misuse, downstream application, or violation of local, provincial, federal, or international laws by the purchaser or third parties.

Understands that listing a material on the Polar Peptides website does not grant or imply any license to operate in infringement of any intellectual property or regulatory requirement.
