🪙 Bitcoin (BTC) Payment
If you prefer to pay using Bitcoin, follow these steps:
- At checkout, enter the discount code BTC.
- Submit your order without paying — this lets us reserve your items.
- After submitting, you’ll receive an email with our Bitcoin wallet address and the total amount to send.
- Send the exact BTC amount shown in your confirmation email.
- Once your payment is confirmed on the blockchain, your order will be processed and shipped.
Note: Please send the full amount shown in the email (network fees not included). Orders will not be fulfilled until payment is confirmed.
💵 e-Transfer (Canada Only)
If you prefer to pay via Interac e-Transfer, follow these steps:
- At checkout, enter the discount code ETR.
- Submit your order without paying — this reserves your items in the system.
- You’ll receive an email with the e-Transfer recipient email and your exact total.
- Send your e-Transfer using your online banking app.
- Include your Order Number in the message or notes section.
Important: Make sure the total and recipient email match what’s in your confirmation email to avoid delays.
📦 Order Processing
- Orders are verified once payment is confirmed.
- Processing typically takes 1–2 business days.
- You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
