Return & Refund Policy — Polar Peptides

Polar Peptides accepts returns only in cases where there is clear proof of a manufacturing defect or damage caused by us.

Because our products are research chemicals and peptides, they can degrade if handled incorrectly. Once an order leaves our facility, we are unable to resell it. For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds unless sufficient proof of defect is provided.

To request a return or refund review, you must contact us within 15 days of purchase at polarpeptidesca@gmail.com and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). No return will be processed without an RMA.

Requests related to peptides will be handled at our full discretion on a case-by-case basis due to their fragile nature and the inability to verify storage conditions once shipped.

If a refund is approved, we will issue it manually. Please allow up to 7 business days after approval for processing. If a refund is requested by the customer and approved by Polar Peptides, a $4.50 Interac service fee may apply.

Return shipping instructions will be provided after RMA approval.
