Shipping Policy — Polar Peptides

Orders are shipped Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET are typically shipped the same business day; orders placed after 2:00 PM ET ship the next business day. Transit times are estimated at 2–10 business days and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, risk of loss, delay, damage, or misdelivery transfers to the customer. Delivery timeframes are provided by carriers and may vary for reasons outside our control.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete delivery address. If a shipment is returned due to address issues, it may be reshipped only after the customer pays all associated return and reship fees.

Lost / Missing / Misdelivered Packages

If tracking does not show the parcel scanned as delivered, we will assist in filing an inquiry with the carrier. No replacement or refund will be issued until the carrier has completed its investigation and confirmed the parcel is lost.

If the carrier tracking shows the parcel scanned as delivered to the address provided, Polar Peptides is not responsible for theft, misdelivery, or missing packages, and no automatic reshipment or refund will be made.
