Frequently Asked Questions

1. What does “research use only” mean?

Research use only means the product is sold for lawful laboratory research purposes. Polar Peptides products are not sold for human consumption, medical use, veterinary use, diagnosis, treatment, or personal experimentation.

2. Are your products for human consumption?

No. All Polar Peptides products are strictly intended for research use only unless clearly stated otherwise. We do not provide human-use instructions, dosing advice, injection guidance, or treatment recommendations.

3. Do you provide Certificates of Analysis?

COAs are available for many products and batches. Availability can vary by product, supplier, and batch. You can check our COA page or email support with the product name, order number, and batch number if available.

4. How do I request a COA for my batch?

Email info@polarpeptides.ca with your order number, product name, and batch number. If matching documentation is available, our team can help provide it.

5. Are your products tested for purity?

Many products are supported by third-party testing or supplier documentation. Testing methods may vary by compound and batch, so customers should review available COAs when documentation is required for research records.

6. Are your peptides sterile?

Unless a product specifically states that it is sterile, research-grade compounds should not be assumed to be sterile. Qualified researchers should use appropriate laboratory handling and contamination-control procedures.

7. How should lyophilized peptides be stored?

Lyophilized peptides should be kept sealed, dry, and away from heat, moisture, and direct sunlight. For longer-term storage, many researchers use refrigeration or freezing depending on the compound and laboratory requirements.

8. What should I do when my order arrives?

Inspect the package, confirm the items and labels, then store products according to the recommended conditions. Contact support within 72 hours if anything appears damaged, missing, incorrect, or unclear.

9. Why does my vial look empty or have very little powder?

Some lyophilized compounds are extremely light and may appear as a thin film, small cake, or residue on the vial wall. Vial appearance is not always a reliable indicator of total measured content.

10. Why do products look different from batch to batch?

Minor differences in powder shape, colour tone, clumping, fill appearance, vial style, or label layout can happen between batches. These differences do not automatically mean there is a quality issue.

11. Can your team recommend products for personal goals?

No. We cannot recommend products for weight loss, recovery, bodybuilding, anti-aging, cosmetic self-use, injury support, or any personal health goal. We can only provide product, order, storage, and documentation support.

12. Can you explain how to use or dose a product?

No. We do not provide dosing instructions, injection instructions, cycle guidance, protocol design, or medical advice. Any health-related questions should be directed to a licensed healthcare professional.

13. How are peptides reconstituted for research?

Reconstitution should only be performed by qualified researchers using appropriate laboratory conditions, suitable solvents, sterile technique, and product-specific handling procedures. We do not provide human-use instructions.

14. Where does Polar Peptides ship?

Polar Peptides currently focuses on Canadian domestic fulfillment. Shipping availability, delivery options, and timelines may vary by province, address type, carrier volume, and regional conditions.

15. How long does shipping usually take?

Canadian orders typically arrive within 2 to 10 business days depending on destination, service level, carrier volume, weather, and regional delays. Remote areas may require additional time.

16. Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping may be available when your order meets the current website threshold. If your cart qualifies, the available shipping option will appear at checkout.

17. When will my order ship?

Orders are fulfilled on business days. Paid and confirmed orders placed before the daily cutoff are typically processed faster, while orders placed later, on weekends, or during holidays may ship the next business day.

18. Why does tracking say “label created”?

“Label created” means the shipping label has been generated. Tracking usually updates after Canada Post scans the package into the carrier network.

19. What if tracking says delivered but I cannot find the package?

Check your mailbox, parcel locker, front door, side entrance, mailroom, concierge, and nearby delivery areas. If it is still missing, contact support so the delivery can be reviewed.

20. What if my order arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect?

Email support within 72 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the package, packing materials, labels, and all items received. This helps us review the issue quickly.

21. Can I cancel, change, or return an order?

Changes are only possible before the order enters fulfillment. Once payment is processed and the order is being prepared, orders are final. Due to the nature of research products, returns are not accepted for change of mind.

22. Which payment methods do you accept?

Available payment methods and instructions are shown during checkout or after the order is placed. Orders are processed once payment is received, matched to the order, and confirmed.

23. What if I forgot to include my order number with payment?

Email us as soon as possible with your full name, order number, sender name, and payment amount. Missing payment details may delay processing until the payment can be matched manually.

24. Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Bulk pricing may be available depending on product availability, quantities, and order size. Email support with the exact product names, vial sizes, and quantities you are interested in.

25. How do I get the fastest support?

Email info@polarpeptides.ca with your order number, full name, product name, batch number if available, and clear photos if the issue involves a product or package.
